OV Cornhole Return and Exchange Policy

Warranty:

All sets purchased from OV Cornhole are guaranteed for 3 months against any manufacturing defect. If we cannot repair the set, we will replace it. Please note that prolonged exposure to weather and/or abuse will void the warranty.

Returns and Exchanges:

We do not accept returns on any custom-made cornhole boards.

For non-custom items, the return or exchange window for is 7 days from the time you receive the product. If returning by mail, the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any damage that may occur during shipping if not properly packaged.

If the item has been used at all, we cannot accept an exchange or return.

If a product is left outside and is damaged due to exposure to the elements, it voids all returns and exchanges.

Trademark Disclaimer:

At OV Cornhole, we do not sell Trademark cornhole sets. Any examples of Trademark images provided are for reference purposes and the responsibility of the purchaser. We are a licensed dealer of decals, and customers have the option to purchase trademark decals separately. We also offer a separate service where we can clear coat over customer-purchased decals after they are applied. Please be aware that all trademark or copyright images are the property of their respective owners, and all rights are reserved.
